Energy Stone Session:

Energy Stones is designed for therapists who offer healing sessions in a Sacred way.  It involves using the Chakra System and focuses on bring a balance to the whole human experience.  Stones are placed at various places on the body that are both hot 130 degrees and cold 32 degrees.  This affects the internal system of the physiological body.  .It challenges the circulatory and lymphatic systems.  Alternating both headed and chilled stones in a session results in an acceleration of blood, lymph and digestive fluids within the body.

A Brief Overview

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that
also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is
based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us

high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
