CHIROPRACTIC: Both manual and light force adjusting techniques are utilized in our office. Each patient’s treatment plan is tailored to their individual condition and diagnosis.

PHYSICAL THERAPY: We utilize multiple therapy modalities to reduce your pain and help speed proper healing. These therapies include electric muscle stimulation, intersegmental traction (roller table), “Human Touch” massage chair, heat therapy, cryotherapy, and therapeutic exercises.

TRACTION: This treatment elongates areas of the spine helping to separate the vertebrae resulting in disc depression, reduced nerve root pressure, and decreased pain.

EXERCISE REHABILITATION: On site rehabilitation programs and home exercise training help to stabilize weak muscles and correct underlying problems. Exercise can include stretching, stability ball, cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise using weights and/or machine resistance, and postural exercises. These combined with your adjustments and other modes of care, will help return you to normal, pain free daily activity.
