Welcome to Phoenix Mountain Chiropractic Life Centers, the offices of Dr. Joe Hornback-Chiropractor. Our Phoenix office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10-1:30 and 3-7. Our Avondale office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-1:30 and 3-7. Our goal is to make regular chiropractic care AFFORDABLE to patients of all ages in Northeast Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Tolleson and Buckeye. These are not clinics of multiple doctors, you will get chiropractic care from ONE chiropractor. The FIRST VISIT is only $19. Monthly memberships start as low as $49 per month. We do not accept insurance, because our fees are lower than most insurance company co-pays.  Patients of all ages are welcome. Family plans are available as well as other payment options.
