The protocols were started 48 years ago by Dr. James M. Cox in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Cox Technic protocols have evolved as clinical application demands and research studies dictate. We are proud to offer cutting-edge, 21st century, non-surgical spinal pain relief.Dr. Bridget Most graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Ga in March 1991. After passing National and Tennessee state boards she worked in Crossville, Tennessee before opening her practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee in May 1994.  In addition to the Cox Technic, Dr. Most utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson, SOT, Activator, and Extremity Adjustments.  Dr. Most has both xray and physical therapy/rehabilitation on site at her office.  Her mission statement is to restore function, mobility, and health to her patient’s spine and extremities utilizing chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy and rehabilitative strengthening/stretching exercises.
