Living Large Chiropractic

Dr. Blake Large grew up in the Durant, Oklahoma. While attending high school he earned a full ride academic scholarship for college. He began college at the University of Oklahoma. While enrolled there he also worked full time as a medical recruiter for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Before graduating he was lured into moving to Colorado with the promise of the world’s best mountain biking.

In Colorado, he began riding single-track trails and graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor of science in biology. After graduating he was involved in a mountain bike crash that left him with an uncomfortable pain in his abdominal region. After seeking care by several medical doctors and taking many medications, to try to escape the pain, he decided that this was not his road to health. Dr. Blake sought out care from a local chiropractor who after only one visit had him pain free and back on his mountain bike. This started an uplifting health cascade for Dr. Blake. He enjoyed the chiropractic so much that he himself felt called to become a chiropractor and help others with their health.

He and his daughter Bailey moved to Atlanta, Georgia shortly afterwards where he attended chiropractic college at Life University. While there he was the president of his class and active in many chiropractic associations. He graduated with honors and deep passion for helping people find their innate health naturally. While in Atlanta Dr. Blake opened two different successful chiropractic offices and worked part time in a third. He has specialized in structural based, family and sports chiropractic care. In his spare time he began pursuing another branch of chiropractic called clinical kinesiology. Clinical kinesiology allowed him to help more people in more ways by addressing them not only structurally but also through dietary and mental needs.

Having this knowledge Dr. Blake was ready to take his care back to his home town of Colorado Springs and join his good friend Jessica Hogan at Vibrant Health Clinic. Here he truly found his calling for care and has developed his technique which is unlike any in the world. Dr. Blake is currently providing top notch healthcare for patients from all over the world. His practice, Living Large Chiropractic, is located within Vibrant Health Care and he is helping people with a wide array of health concerns.
