Bio
Dr. Zawada completed her Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science, with an emphasis in Kinesiology, at Colorado State University and received her doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in the Quad Cities-Davenport, Iowa.
Upon graduation, Dr. Zawada returned to the beautiful state of Colorado to be close to her family, regain her love of the mountains, and fulfill her dream as a chiropractor. She started her practice, ‘Pure Life Chiropractic’ in 2007, in the Northern Denver suburbs serving many different ages and families. As a Cherry Creek resident, Dr. Zawada was thrilled for the opportunity to relocate practice in her community in 2011. “It’s a dream come true to be contributing to my community in a way that honors the ability to live naturally, helping families lead a vital, and active 100 Year Lifestyle, by building a foundation with Nutrition, Endurance, Strength and Structural support.”
Dr. Zawada is committed to helping each patient reach their health goals. She loves to educate her patients how health encompasses your whole being – mind, body and spirit. “I feel privileged to be the person to provide that opportunity to others. The preservation of health has always been my passion and I have come to realize that I didn’t choose chiropractic, chiropractic chose me. I can’t imagine doing anything else!”
When away from the office, there are a few activities on the top of Dr. Z’s ‘play list’. They include: yoga, hiking, camping, eating sushi and traveling. “I love to breathe in the fresh mountain air. In all my travels, I’m reminded Colorado is truly God’s country!”
