Dr. Kenneth Stern was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Ohio State for undergraduate studies then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, Ga. Dr. Stern has been in practice since 1992 Dr. Stern is certified provider for the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. Dr Stern is also a certified industrial disability evaluator and a qualified medical evaluator, he provides many Permanent Partial Disability evaluations for injured workers. Dr. Stern also accepts most insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and many more. |
