Hafner Chiropractic

Dr. Jay Alexander Hafner is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Lakewood, CO community. He has been freeing people from pain and other health concerns in Colorado since 1999. As a Chiropractor with additional licensure and certifications in acupuncture, extremity practice (treatment of the limbs), nationally certified to perform DOT medical physicals for drivers, and spinal trauma (car crash injuries), Dr Hafner is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients through objective chiropractic care.  He also provides mentorship to chiropractic students.  

Dr. Hafner had his first adjustment when he was 14 after a fall injury to the spine left him disabled and bedridden.  The chiropractor got him up and walking again (and fixed his chronic juvenile migraines as well).  This inspired him to pursue his mission in the chiropractic field.  He obtained his bachelors of science degree, pre-chiropractic studies, and Emergency Medical Technician certificate at South Dakota State University, and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at Northwestern College of Chiropractic (now Northwestern Health Sciences University) in 1999.  He is married to Heidi and has three children.  They are avid outdoor activity enthusiasts.
