Dr. Burns is a 2018 graduate from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, TX. While in school, in addition to learning chiropractic adjusting techniques, Dr. Burns also trained in myofascial release, postural corrective care and biomechanical re-education techniques.
Dr. Burns has been married to his wife Katrina since 2005 . Together, they have 5 children. Dr. Burns and his family moved to San Antonio in the fall of 2018 to begin work as an Associate Chiropractor Murray Chiropractic Center owned by his good friend, and mentor, Dr. Daniel Murray.
Dr. Burns love and passion for Chiropractic began in 2006 when he began receiving treatment for a back injury sustained while working construction. During his initial Chiropractic treatments he began to learn about the body’s ability to heal itself when the body and spine are put back into position through Chiropractic care. Along with this new knowledge and feeling significantly better, Dr. Burns realized then that Chiropractic was to be his new career. It didn’t happen right away, in fact it took several years of careful consideration and thinking about his initial experience with Chiropractic and how much it helped him. While in the Chiropractic program Dr. Burns and his wife experienced some challenges. Early in the Program they were blessed with twin boys who were born premature and went through 4 months of serious health complications. Later in the program, Dr. Burns family lost everything in Hurricane Harvey. Despite these challenges Dr. Burns was motivated to see the process through because he knew one day he would be able to help others get out of pain and improve their physical health through Chiropractic services
